Hello, my name is Tracie Montanio, and I am proud and honored to be the principal of Westside Elementary School for the fourth year. I have just completed my 13th year in Leander ISD serving as a classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal and Principal. I couldn't be more proud of the district and school in which I work!

I am committed to building relationships and partnering with our students, staff and parents. I believe that every child should be valued and challenged to reach their full potential. My focus is always on student learning, and I am looking forward to a wonderful year!

At Westside, our desire is to develop leaders who have a positive mindset and are ready for a challenge. We are off to a great start and we can't wait to continue growing with your children.

Let's have a great year!
